We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2021, at the age of 86, Herman Archer (Milledgeville, Georgia), born in Oconee, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Baxter Hines Archer; his wife Mary Janette Avant Archer of Milledgeville; his children, Herman Mark Archer (Wendy) of Milledgeville, Harlan Theodore Archer (Lori) of Sandersville and Cindy Janette Harrington (Larry) of Milledgeville; his siblings, Cohen Archer (Susan) of Sandersville, Patsy Tilson of Hinesville and Sally Brantley of Wrightsville; and his grandchildren, Thomas Archer (Hope), Ben Archer (Brittany), Lauren Hudson (Carl), Megan Cole (Tim), Haley Martinez (Je'sus), Abby Snider (Justin), Helen Harris, Will Archer, Charles Archer, Wesley Harrington (Jennifer) and Ryan Harrington (Ashley). He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to Black Spring Baptist Church.
