He was predeceased by: his parents, Othello Herbert Warren and DeAlva Brown Warren; and his brother C. B. Warren. He is survived by: his wife Martha Griggs Warren of Milledgeville; his son Richard "Rick" Warren (Cindy) of Macon; his brother Jim Warren (Linda) of Jefferson; his grandchildren, Michelle Warren and Michael Warren; and his great grandchildren, Jack Wilson and Emily Moss.
