He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grady Braddy and Ira Screws Braddy; his wife Harriett Register Braddy; his sons, Ben Braddy (Deena) of Milledgeville and Nat Braddy (Beth) of Macon; his sister Barbara Jean Henly; and his grandchildren, Hyland, Lilly, Susie, Tucker, Peyton, Chan, Shannon Williams and Sherri Tarte.
