He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Brookins. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Brookins of Milledgeville; his mother Rosa Johnson Warren of Milledgeville; his daughters, Angie Kitchens (Murray) of Jones County and Angel Foresee of Milledgeville; his brothers, David Brookins of Milledgeville, Phillip Brookins of Florida, Donald Bauer of North Dakota, Daryl Brookins of Milledgeville and Kenny Brookins of Milledgeville; and his grandchildren, Emily Kitchens Aycock, Kelsey Kitchens, Kyle Kitchens, Trenton Herringdine and Kyle Foresee. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
