He is survived by: his children, Michelle Bell Manchester (Rob) of Milledgeville, Stephen Bell (Farrah) of Gray and Ross Bell of Milledgeville; his grandchildren, Slaton Bell, Scotlyn Bell, Emmie Manchester, Ellary Manchester and Liam Bell; and his aunt Doris Cone Bell of Savannah.
