He was predeceased by: his parents, Stafford H. Patrick and Frances Hess Patrick. He is survived by: his nephew Chad Patrick; and his brothers, Darrell Patrick (Kathy), Dennis Patrick (Christine) and Franklin Patrick (Patricia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
