He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloma Jeter Norman and Thelma Minerva Goldsmith Norman; his son Frank H. "Frankie" Norman, Jr.; and his brother Fred Norman. He is survived by: his wife Debra Martin Norman; his daughter Holly Renee Norman of Milledgeville; his sister Paulette Leddon of Geneva, AL; his grandchildren, Shila Goss and Truleigh Littleton; and his great grandchild A'Laylianna Woodson.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Baldwin Memorial Gardens Cemetery (2896 N Columbia St, Milledgeville, GA 31061).
