He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Bone Hines and Thomas McComb "Buddy" Hines; and his wife Judy Tindall Hines. He is survived by: his children, Frank Bone Hines, Jr. (Molly) of Evans, GA, Scott Hines (Pam) of Atlanta, GA, Craig Hines (Alona) of Rabun Gap, GA and Deborah Hines of Saint Simons, GA; his brother Tom Hines (Elizabeth) of Milledgeville, GA; his grandchildren, Frank III, Nicole, Davis, Wesley, Chad, Reid, Samuel, Jessie, Sabrina, Bianca, Brooke, Nic, Eden and Walker; and his nephews, Will Hines and Forrest Hines. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Christ Church of Albany (505 Byron Plantation Rd, Albany, GA 31721). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Memory Hill Cemetery (300 W Franklin St, Milledgeville, GA 31061).
