He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Donovan and Rose McKeon Donovan; his wife Pat; his sons, Gene Donovan, Jr. (Jan) of Milledgeville, Joseph Donovan of Gainesville, GA and Patrick Donovan (Pamela) of Milledgeville; his grandchildren, Chris Donovan (Heather) of Eatonton, Michael Donovan (Susan) of Grantsville, GA, Skylar Donovan of Dawsonville, GA and Rachel Ratajczak of Milledgeville; his great grandchildren, Kimberly, Thomas and Reed Donovan; and his siblings, Rosemary Marmorale of Melbourne, FL, Jimmy Donovan of Clearwater, FL, Michael Donovan of Jacksonville, FL and Tom Donovan.
