He was predeceased by: his parents, Etheridge Bayne and Lillian Bayne; and his sisters, Elsie Gilman, Doris Stevens and Alice Ussery.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Pittman Bayne; his sons, Victor Bayne (Dianne) and Milton Bayne; his grandchildren, Diana Riner (Jesse), Doug Bayne (Tiffany) and Dustin Bayne; and his great grandchildren, Jake Riner, Hunter Bayne, Avery Bayne and Gage Riner.
