He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ray Holsenbeck, Sr. and Ruby Haynes Holsenbeck; his wife Emily Nell Fendley Holsenbeck; and his siblings, Amelia Clyde Holsenbeck, Eva Mae Holsenbeck and John Marshall Holsenbeck, Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Kay Beaudrot of Tucker, Ed Holsenbeck of Demorest and Mark Holsenbeck of Alamo; his sister Betty Lou Gerken of Jacksonville, FL; and his sister-in-law Gloria Jean Holsenbeck of Milledgeville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, two great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
