She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Jackson and Tommie Lou Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Sammy Baxley of Milledgeville; her children, Gene Baxley (Ann) of Marietta, Charles Baxley (Jennifer) of Milledgeville and Cindy Baxley Heath of Milledgeville; and her grandchildren, Bonnie Baxley Carr, Crystal Baxley Ivey, Melanie Baxley McLaughlin, C. J. Baxley and Mary Heath. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Northside Baptist Church Building Fund or to the donor's favorite charity.
