She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth B. Maddox; and her siblings, Mary Law and Lewis A. Maddox. She is survived by: her husband Barnie T. Collins Jr.; her children, Barry Collins (Donna) and Saralyn E. Smith; her grandchildren, Kyle Collins (Amber), Heather Fueston (Richard) of Atlanta and Kristopher Irvin (Caroline) of Richmond Hill, GA; and her brother-in-law Warren S. Collins Sr. (Mary Alice) of Milledgeville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
