With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dianne J Hulsey (Milledgeville, Georgia), born in Binghamton, New York, who passed away on August 1, 2019 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dianne J Hulsey to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Benjamin Barbis and Dorothy Grace Barbis; her son Jeffry Mark Shields; and her brother Frederick E. Barbis. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Maxwell Hulsey, Jr; and her children, William Frederick Shields (Pearl), Julie Shields Buckner (Jenifer Holle McCarthy) and Pekar (Sean). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Hulsey's name to the American Cancer Society.
