It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Morris Couch (Milledgeville, Georgia), born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Early Richard Morris and Lallie Anderson Morris Jenkins; her husband Floyd Couch; her sisters, Louise Snell and Delana Dollyhigh; her children, Jody Butler (Audra), Tracey Rozier, Stephanie Couch of Milledgeville and Dena Byers (Joey) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Shelby Butler Hedgepeth (Kyle), Sydney Butler (Eric), Chad Freeman, Logan Freeman, Jacey Quinn, Brice Quinn, Ronnie Rozier, Kim McLaulin (Robb) of Scott Rozier, T. J, Kennedy (Sam), Whitney Hollifield (Steve) and Brittney Splawn (Joe); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Will, Huck, Madison, Laela, Skylar, Scarlett Hedgepeth and James Paul Scarborough; her adoptive son K. T. Tucker; her nephew Cody Couch (Amy Best); her nieces, Lisa Register (Tony), Faith Garner (Dennis) and Susan Dollyhigh (Tanner); and her caregiver Linda Clements. She was also cherished by nine great nieces and nephews.
