She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Brantley, Jr. and Faye Laverne Johnson Jackson; and her husband Ronald Koloski. She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Conswella Collins; her grandchildren, Devin Cole Bloodworth, Blake Lowery and Nathan Lowery; her great grandchild Rylee Cheyenne Herringdine Bloodworth; her close friend Leo Nelson; and her siblings, Darlene Brantley and Charles "Rick" Jackson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home & Crematory - Milledgeville (1670 N Jefferson St NE, Milledgeville, GA 31061). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that. Memorial Contributions be made to the Baldwin County Animal Shelter, 1395 Orchard Hill Road, Milledgeville, GA 31061.
