He is survived by: his significant other Kristine Cash of Milledgeville, GA; his sons, Michael Johnson (Kati) of Harrisburg, SD and Justin Johnson of Brookings, SD; his granddaughter Sawyer Johnson; and his siblings, Jerry Johnson (Roxi) of Sioux Falls, SD and Steve Johnson (Kris) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
