He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol Cardoso; his daughters, Catherine Anna, Sweat of Atlanta, GA, Angela Maria and Cardoso-Woodley of Charlotte, NC; and his sister Paz Garcia of California. He was also cherished by eight Grandchildren.
