He is survived by: his children, Tammi Linn McMullen (Joseph), Tammy Lynn Evans (Richard), Shannon Lee Harvill (Jerry) and Philip Scott Richards (Scott Coleman); his siblings, Debbie Schmalz (Fred), Jerry Brett (Janet), Charles Brett and Mickey Brett (Elaine); and his sisters-in-law, Velma Brett and Peggy Brett. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
