He is survived by: his wife Madlyn Grace Blake of Putnam County; his sons, Bruce Blake (Colleen) of Burlington, CO, Douglas Blake (Lori) of Palmer, AK and Richard Blake (Gina) of Eatonton; and his sister Doris Wernzel of LaVerne, MN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren.
