He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Payne Stephens. He is survived by: his father Julian Stephens, Sr.; his sister Angela Faye Stephens of Milledgeville; his children, Taylor Mullis of Milledgeville and Jessica Mullis of Dublin; his nephews, Cameron Grimes of Montana and Trent Grimes of McIntyre; and his niece Amber Grimes of Milledgeville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
