He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Douglas and Margaret Manor Douglas; and his brother Daniel Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Flo Williams Douglas of Milledgeville; his sons, Arthur William "Art" Douglas (Katie) of Peachtree City and Kelly David Douglas (Susan) of Benton, AR; his siblings, Colleen Walden (J. R.) of Brunswick, Harry Douglas of Plant City, FL and Wayne Douglas of Odum, GA; and his grandchildren, Emma Kate Douglas, Harper Douglas, William Douglas and Buddy Douglas.
