He is survived by: his parents, Wallace Moore and Bonnie Moore; his wife Heather Garnto Moore; his children, Haley and CJ Moore; his stepson Alex Hansen; his in-laws, Dr. Keith and Nancy Garnto; his brother Jay Moore (Tiffany); and his brothers-in-law, Matt and Luke Garnto. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, friends and family.
