It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Franks Niblett of Milledgeville, Georgia, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin William Franks and Annie Belle Franks (Jimmy Niblett); and her siblings, Evelyn Burgamy and Mack Franks. She is survived by: her daughters, Maxine Stephens, Judy Allen, Carol Brookins and Donna Lamb; her grandchildren, Bo Gilman, Adam Gilman, Amber Allen-Ussery, Kayle Brookins, Eric Lee and James Lee; her great grandchild Cheyenne Gilman; and her great great grandchildren, Freyia Lee Bell, Corbin Gilman, Bryce and Bryer.
