He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. O'Neal, Sr. and Helen Taylor O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Cindie Brooks O'Neal; his children, Carlie O'Neal Parker (Will) and Cam O'Neal of Milledgeville; his siblings, Dean O'Neal (Sherry) and Teressa O'Neal Willis; his grandchildren, Wrennon Parker and Emrie Parker; and his aunt Loline O'Neal. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and best friends.
