He is survived by: his daughter Cali Michele Patrick of Wilkinson County; his parents, Darrell Patrick (Kathy) of Milledgeville and Susan Frances Sumner of Pensacola; his grandmother Frances Patrick of Milledgeville; his stepsiblings, Carolyn Barsby of Milledgeville and Percy Canon, III of Augusta; and also Amanda Brooks of Ivey.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that Memorial Contributions be made to the Cali Patrick School Fund c/o MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union.
