It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Day of Milledgeville, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny James Smith and Maggie Louise Dorsey Smith; her son Michael Wayne Barfield; and her husband Dennis Ray Day. She is survived by: her daughter Angela Barfield Evans (Earl) of Milledgeville; her stepchildren, Derrick Dennis Day, Christopher Ray Day and Brandy Leigh Day; and her grandson Shane Day. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and lots of nieces and nephews.
The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, that friends make memorial donations to assist with expenses. And special thanks to the staff at Toomsboro Healthcare.
