She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Clenford Phillips and Mary Bryan Phillips; her husband David S. Brett; and her sister Mary Beth Richards. She is survived by: her children, Tammi Linn McMullen (Joseph), Tammy Lynn Evans (Richard), Shannon Lee Harvill (Jerry) and Philip Scott Richards (Scott Coleman); and her brothers, Brian Phillips and David Phillips.
