He is survived by: his children, Wynter Barlow of Warner Robins and Joey Barlow of Eatonton; his brothers, Randy Barlow (Shannon) of Milledgeville, Sam Barlow of Eatonton and Richard "Skeeter" Barlow (Anna) of Byron; and his mother Mary Baker of Eatonton.
