With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brenda J. McGee of Milledgeville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 10, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Gibson and Catherine Gibson; her son Kalvin McGee (Katrina); her siblings, Linda Gibson, Easter Gibson, Janice Gibson, Jeanette Gibson, Jimmie Gibson, Jr. (Louvenia) and Randy Gibson (Caroline); her half-brother Troy Mills; her niece Lashana Gibson; and her children, Andre Moise of Milledgeville, GA, Traivon McGee (Melanie) of Trussville, AL, Xavier French of Lithonia, GA, Larry French, Jr. (Diamond) of San Diego, CA, Nikita McGee of Milledgeville, GA and Tiffany McGee of Conyers, GA..
She is survived by: her sisters, Runette Gibson and Lillie Gibson of Sparta, GA; her niece Shirley Gibson of Sparta, GA; and her nephew Jason Gibson of Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is also survived by grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Adrick Alexander Chapel (12273 W Broad St, Sparta, GA 31087). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fellowship Baptist Church (9109 County Line Rd SW, Mitchell, GA 30820). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the same location.
