He was predeceased by: his parents, Radford Eugene Willis and Brenda Joyce Hess Mitchem. He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy Willis and Bobbie Jo Willis; his grandchildren, Blake Willis, Blaze Willis and Charleigh Willis; and his siblings, Daphne Jenkins (Charlie), Russell Willis, Willie T. Mitchem (Brandi) and William Lloyd Mitchem, Jr. (Roseann).

The family has requested that friends make memorial donations to assist with expenses.
