He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Franks and Bessie Brookins Franks. He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Lynn Hickerson of Florida; his grandchildren, Ashley Henderson of Tennessee and Tiffany Hickerson of Florida; and his great grandchildren, McKensley Henderson and Grayson Henderson.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions in memory of Mr. Franks can be given to the Reconciled Outreach Ministries, 111 Cannon Point Road; Milledgeville, GA 31061.
