He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Thomas (David) of Valdosta, GA and Billy Stephen Rowland (Agnes) of Hahira, GA.; his grandchildren, Courtney Thomas of Valdosta, GA, Cayla VanNortwick (Ryan) of Enterprise, AL, Jasper Rowland and Blake Rowland of Hahira, GA; and his sister Lawnada Croft (Max) of McDonough, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
