He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Peyton Overman, Jr. and Mildred Louise Forehand Overman; his wife Connie Day Overman; his brother Bobby Overman; his sons, William Edward Overman of Milledgeville, Robert Michael Overman (Sharon) of Milledgeville and Jonathan Patrick Overman (Alisha) of Gray; his stepchildren, Jason Belcher (Melissa) and Tammy Belcher Beckum (Tommy) of Milledgeville; his sister Anne Payne (Rick) of Rutledge; and his grandchildren, Michael Waddell, Madison Webb (Bryce), Jordan Overman, Aubrey Overman, Colbey Beckum (Jessie), Garrett Beckum, Brandon Belcher (Bailey), Noah Belcher, Haley Tompkins (Jonathon), Chelsea Campbell and Codey Johnson. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
