She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ervin Taylor of Washington and Georgia Taylor of Washington; her husband Kenneth Ray Todd; her siblings, Robert, Charles of Washington and Velma Adkins; her children, Johnny Ray Todd, Rosemary Todd, Tina Behne (Harvey), Jimmy and Ken Todd; and her grandchildren, David S. Newsom, Jeremy Behne (Amanda), Crystal Todd, Alyx Todd, Nickolas Todd, Kaitlyn Todd and Caleb Todd. She was also cherished by 7 great-grandchildren, one-great great granddaughter and several nieces and nephew.
