It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angelyn Amis Duke (Milledgeville, Georgia), born in McDonough, Georgia, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Daniel and Alice Brown Amis; her son Raymond DeWitt Duke; and her sister Claire Amis Strawn. She is survived by: her daughters, Claire Duke Garrett (Larry) of Milledgeville and Nancy Duke Mason (Harold) of Milledgeville; her grandchildren, Ben Duke (Jobi), Brandon Duke (Chrissy), Raleigh Garrett (Anna Lynn), Lindsey G. Harrison (Josh), Lila Mitchell (Raphael Jimenez) and Clay Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Kai Duke, Cole Duke, Raelyn Duke, Brenn Duke, Knox Duke, Duke Harrison, Callie Garrett and Nolley Harrison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
