He was predeceased by: his parent Alma Dunn Miller-Casey. He is survived by: his parent Joe Casey; his brother Jerry Miller of Nacogdoches, TX; and his nieces and nephews, DeeDee Smith of Clayton, Bill Miller of Forsyth, Frank "Cracker" Smith of Milan, Cindy Smith of Milan, Joseph Dooley of Milan and Roy Selph of Milan.
