He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Greene Lloyd and Charlie Smith; his wife Bernice Fleming Smith; his siblings, Harry Lloyd Sr, Charles Lloyd, Joseph Greene and Elizabeth Johnson; and his grandson Jimmie C. Waye, Jr..
He is survived by: his sister Georgia; his daughters, Brenda Waye of Midway, GA, Wilhelmina Smith of Midway, GA, Ruby Walthour of Midway, GA and Velma Howard (Larry) of Midway, GA; his sister Thersea Phillip of Savannah, GA; and his grandson Christopher Lewis. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirty-eight great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
