He is survived by: his wife Cindy Wise; his children, Christy Clark (Brian) and Jay Wise (Lakisha); his grandchildren, Janelle Wise, John Jr. Wise, Scott Clark, Janessa Ritter, Jacob Clark, Aaron Clark and Lequis Veliz; his great grandchildren, Kordell Tucker, Kaleb Tucker and Alice Veliz; and his siblings, John Wise and Lynne Jerome.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Midway Methodist Church (215 Martin Rd, Midway, GA 31320).
