He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Ruth Miller and Matthew David Stutts; his sons, Anthony "Tony" Stutts and Gary Eugene Stutts; his wife Evelyn Grace Tidwell Stutts; and his son-in-law Donald Lee Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Brown, Shawn Stutts (Nicol) and Phyllis; and his grandchildren, Wesley James Contino, Ian Carter Stutts, Connor Ryan Stutts and Grace Harper Stutts.
