He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruben L. Parham Sr. and Mignon Parham. He is survived by: his wife Ellen D. Parham; his children, Robert Wilson, Stephen C. Parham, Jr., Katrina Parham, Tempestt Parham, Stefan Parham and Nicholas Parham; his siblings, Marguerite, Lisa and Ruben Jr. (Ann); his grandchildren, Ricky Jai, Tavionne, Taneecia, Nina, Morye, Payton and Stephen III; and his great grandchild Jordan.
