She is survived by: her children, Ned Spencer Jr of Midway, GA, Suerena Duvall (Gary) of Hinesville, GA, Edgar Spencer (Shelia) of Midway, GA, Jacqueline Dobbs of Midway, Alice Spencer of Midway, GA., Chester Spencer of Midway, GA. and Christopher Spencer of Midway, GA.; her siblings-in-law, Clarence Spencer (Pearl) of Brunswick, GA and Claretha Bright of New Jersey; and her close friend Dorothy Hamilton. She is also survived by her eighteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.

Sarah L. Spencer, age 77, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2018 at her residence in Midway, GA after her battle with Alzheimer's.
