He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Brown; his sisters, Ceola Morris and Eddie Lee Curry; and his children, Lula Brown of Shelia Turner and Ned Brown Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Young Carolyn V, Stanley Brown, Otis Brown and Neal Brown; and his grandchildren, Shalawn Brown, Kimberly Brown, Shamara Brown, Janet Turner, Tori Brown, Kristel Trussell and Nelson Brown of Stanley Brown. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
