He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Frazier, Sr. and Louise Frazier. He is survived by: his siblings, Herbert Frazier Jr. (Renee) of Brunswick, Julius Frazier Sr. (Sandy) of Hinesville and Jane Harvey of Midway; his uncles, Franklin Stevens (Eureka) of Key West, FL and Edward Stevens (Sarah) of Savannah; his aunt Emma Fuller of Midway; his children, Shawn Green (Sanchess), Leon Frazier, Jr. and Shanelle Frazier of Midway, GA.; his nephew Julius Frazier, Jr.; and his nieces, Karla Frazier, Tanesha Nelson (Barry), Channie Frazier, LaTonya Irving (Conrade), Ebonie Frazier, Ashley Frazier and LaTarsha McMillan (Sedrick).
