He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Smoak. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Cannon (Joe) of Midway, Terri Floyd (Charlie) of Riceboro and Lisa Duncan of Midway; his grandsons, Joey Cannon and Clint Floyd; and his siblings, Steve Smoak of Blackshear, GA and Nina Lanier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing practices will be in effect and masks are required to enter the funeral home.
