She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Clark and Carrie Clark; her brother Charles Clark; and her son Bennett Shipman. She is survived by: her husband Pastor Emeritus James C. Shipman; her children, Jeretta Shipman Holland (Vann) of Avenel, NJ and Dr. Vivienne Shipman Neal (Gregory) of Midway, GA.; her grandchildren, Vann Holland III, Vania Holland, Vince Holland, Gregory Neal, Vivica Neal and Vivianna Kermetta Shipman; her great grandchildren, Vann Holland IV and Mateo Neal; and her siblings, Roosevelt Clark of Claxton, GA, Thernell Clark (LaVone) of Atlanta, GA and Jennifer Ford of Claxton, GA.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
