He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Thames Mauldin (Brent Mauldin); his grandsons, Sawyer Mauldin and Sam Mauldin of Atlanta, Georgia; and his nieces, Rose Marie Lee and Rebecca Ward of Sumter.
