She was predeceased by: her parents, Rubye Colley Baker and Alonzo Baker. She is survived by: her son Reginald Gerard Allen; her husband Rev. Richard G. Neal; her daughter Dr. Regina G. Streetman; her brother Herbert C. Colley of Summit, NJ; her grandchildren, Wesley Brewton (Onja), Chelsey Brewton, Richard Brewton and Alexandria Neal; her great grandchild Khari Brewton; and her close friend Deeotha Johnson (Ludowici). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
