He is survived by: his sons, Jack Campbell (Karen) and James Campbell (Mary); his grandchildren, Wesley Campbell, Jonathan Campbell (Katie), Brooke Moshier (Adam), Bailey Campbell and Ty Campbell (Lily); his great grandchildren, Luke Campbell, Chandler Campbell, Michelle Campbell, River Campbell and Addilyn Moshier; his siblings, Hank Campbell (Carol), Rhonda Butler (Walter) and Bobby Brazell (Brenda); and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Edwards, Kathy Campbell and Pam Campbell.
