She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Carter and Rosa Carter; and her brother J. C. Carter, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy (Claudia) of Downingtown, PA, Alphonso (Sandee) of Columbus and Deloris Slay of Riceboro, GA.; and her sister Gracie. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grandnieces & nephews, and a host of cousins and friends.
